Some of our most recent innovations include:
Insulation removal

A unique dual laser ablation system that utilizes a customized 3-axis scanning head to deliver two different laser wavelengths (CO₂ and fiber) on a target surface to completely remove a compound insulation coating to promote conductivity

Precision cutting

A powerful sub-system that enables precise depth cutting on irregular 3D shapes while in motion on a conveyor system

Glass marking

Unique in-line laser processing system utilizing the new VERSIA 2-axis hybrid analog/digital scanning head with a vi30+ 30 W CO2 laser to apply permanent marks on glass. The sub-system can apply a wide range of marks including alpha numeric codes and graphic symbols and can easily adapt to changing regulatory requirements.

Industrial marking and coding

A compact CO₂ laser and 3-axis scan head sub-system that applies permanent codes and marks on a concave, coated metal plate mounted inside a 14-inch diameter pipe

PCB/electronic component marking

Compact, air-cooled laser marking sub-system custom engineered for quick, easy integration into desk-top size laser marking systems for individual piece and small batch marking applications. Perfectly balanced CO2 laser source and high-precision 2-axis scan head delivers crisp, clear marks and codes.
